Cat Drinking Fountains
If you have a cat, you know their relationship with water. They can be extremely picky when it comes to the cleanliness and even the runiness of their water. If you really want to encourage your cat to drink more water, perhaps it is time to get a cat drinking fountain. That way your cat would be enticed to drink from a place that has cleaned and filtered water all day long as opposed to a water dish that you would change once a day. If you really take a close look at your cat's water dish, you might even find that it has bits of pet hair and debris in it that you don't clean until the next day! That's why your cat is picky--partly because nature has conditioned her to drink from a fresh source of running water and partly because a water dish with stagnant water is just plain dirty. Make sure that your cat is getting the right brand of drinking water by visiting Amazon's full selection of Cat Drinking Fountains
. I am now considering whether I should get one from my cat as she really loves the faucet and I don't really see her drinking out of the water dish as often as I want. I've heard that Pet Pioneer and Catit make some great drinking fountains, as well as the Drinkwell.
